PETER WRIGHTがJames Wadeを下し、単独トップに躍り出た。Michael van Gerwen、Phil TaylorそしてRaymond van Barneveldも勝利した。
Wrightはアベレージ104オーバーでWadeとハイレベルな試合を繰り広げ、7-4で勝利し、今シーズン全勝している唯一のプレイヤーとなった。

Lewisは早い段階で2-0から4-3とリードを奪うが、van Gerwenがギアをあげ、4連続でレグをとると、Stokeのエースの連勝をとめた。
「とても楽しい試合だったよ」とvan Gerwen。「お互いにとってこの試合は本当に重要な試合だったんだ。そして僕はいいプレーができたと思う。これからの成長の確かな手ごたえも感じたよ」
「何度かゲームに入り込みすぎた場面があったけど、やるべきことをやるべき時にやったつもりだよ。この2ポイントがとれて本当によかったよ」
6回のPremier Leagueチャンピオン経験者TaylorはワールドチャンピオンのGary Andersonに対して、ラスト5レグ中4レグを奪い、7-4で勝利し、彼の連勝を止めた上に、自身は2連勝を飾った。
「自分のパフォーマンスとポイントがとれたことに満足しているよ」とTaylor。「本当に嬉しいよ。Garyに対していいプレーができたからね」

2014年のPremier Leagueチャンピオンvan BarneveldはRobert Thorntonと対戦し116や153をあがり、Thorntonも145をあがるが、最終レグでドローに持ち込む1本をミスし、オランダ人に勝利を譲る形となった。
「勝ててよかったよ」とvan Barneveld。「最終レグはひどかったけど、彼もミスをしたから僕にもチャンスが回ってきたんだ」
「Robertとはドロー寸前だったからね。次にやったらどうなるか分からないよ。自分のパフォーマンスには満足しているし、2ポイントとれたことが本当に大事なことなんだ。だってこれはオープンコンペティションで、全員が全員を倒せるシステムだからね」
Michael Smithは、Dave Chisnallとのシーソーゲームで引き分け、開幕3連敗を回避し、彼にとって初のPremier Leagueでのポイントをゲットした。
「すごくハードな試合だった。だからポイントが獲れてうれしいんだ」とSmith「Daveとはいい友達なんだ。だから最初の2レグは凄くやりづらかったけど、自分がやれることを全部だしたつもりだよ」
「4-2にできたとき何本かミスをしたんだ。先週も同じミスをしてJames Wadeにポイントを奪われた。でも今夜はそこから盛り返したんだ。それから6-5となったんだ」
「その後最終レグの2ラウンド目で30を打ってしまった。あれがダメだったね。180を打ったけど、Daveが81をあがってしまったんだ。でも今はポイントがとれてうれしいよ。まだまだ成長できるのもわかっているしね」
Chisnallは試合中に2度11ダーツであがった。だが「ポイントを落とした気分だよ」と語った。
「6-5でリードされてるとき、ポイントをとれたらいいと思ったけど、11レグでダブルをミスしてしまったからね。最終レグの11ダーツはとてもよかったよ」
「Michaelとの試合はとてもタフだったよ。彼はどんどんよくなっているね。開始はよかったんだけど、その後で少しよくない感じで自分でちょっと盛り下げちゃったんだ。来週こそは頑張るよ」

2-0 - Chisnall tees up a potential nine-darter with two 180s, and though he misses a seventh treble 20 he returns to mop up the leg with a brilliant 11-darter on double four.
2-1 - Smith hits back by landing double top to complete a solid 14-dart finish as he breaks throw.
2-2 - Double ten sees Smith level the contest, having weathered Chisnall's superb start.
2-3 - Smith fires in his first 180 before taking out tops to move ahead with a third successive leg.
3-3 - Chisnall hits his fourth maximum of the contest, and is given a reprieve for a miss at double 18 by returning to hit the bed to punish Smith's misses at double top and ten.
4-3 - Chisnall regains the lead by finishing 80 on double five to claim a second successive leg.
4-4 - Smith posts another 180 to give himself the breathing space to recover from three initial misses at tops to return and hit the bed to level.
